Simply unscrew the pendant using the threaded rotation mechanism, insert one of the included felt pads, add a few drops of your favorite essential oil, then reassemble. The scent will diffuse through the cut-out design as you wear it.

Yes, the pads are reusable. To change scents, you can wash the pad with mild soap and warm water, allow it to dry completely, and then add a different essential oil.
